Ayushi is a pre-med undergraduate at the University of California, Riverside, with aspirations to become a physician specializing in family medicine or cardiology. She recently completed a clinical internship at Caravel Health DPC, where she shadowed physicians, supported nurses, scribed patient notes, and gained hands-on exposure to patient care. Building on this experience, Ayushi is now pursuing research opportunities at UCR and preparing to take her Medical Assistant certification exam in August after completing her summer coursework. Her long-term goal is to make a positive impact in the medical field, particularly in expanding access to cardiology care.
