Fereshteh Salmani studied Civil Engineering at Semnan University and has continued her professional development through English language studies and industry certifications in the United States. She is currently gaining U.S. experience while building on more than 15 years of international work in civil engineering and project controls. Her goal is to transition into a construction project coordination or project engineering role and continue growing into project management. Alongside her engineering career, she has spent more than a decade volunteering to help refugees prepare resumes, search for jobs, and navigate career opportunities.
