If you have gone through our first interview process and have been conditionally admitted into the PODCOD program, you will be required to take the following assessments to help determine your strengths, skills, and values and to help us determine the next steps in your career path. The assessments will be taken at the AyZar offices.
Career Aptitude: This career aptitude test can give insight into career personality. Based on a characterization of personality in terms of Holland Code personality types, participants will learn what kind of work environments and occupations suit a participant best. The results of this career test provide a list of professions and occupations that fit a career personality.
Jung Personality Test: This test shows how a participant deals with people, processes information and makes decisions? It will help them determine if they are an Extravert or an Introvert psychological type according to Jung types.
Work Values Test: This test helps determine what makes a person happy or unhappy in their work and career? While some people are content with uneventful jobs, others thrive on action and excitement. With this free online work value assessment, participants can determine the work values they value most and what truly motivates them.
