AYO has adopted two broadly accepted tests to help determine best suited jobs based on the candidates capability and aspiration. The first will explore areas of interest while the second test evaluates if the candidate possess the skill set and/or aptitude required for the area of interest.
The Holland Code: Is an interest test in six occupational areas. It is based on psychologist John Holland’s RIASEC model of career choice and provides insight with respect to interests and personality traits. Click here to start the test. Once completed, print the results and email them to address provided for further consideration. AYO team will create a job profile based on the results. You will be contacted to set up an appointment for the subsequent test at the office st.
The Universal Cognitive Aptitude Test (UCAT): Is a cognitive aptitude test that accurately predicts job performance through series of task related tests. The test assesses qualities such as problem solving, critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to learn and apply new information. This test is language-independent, and contains 40 questions that need to be completed within 20 minutes. The test will be taken at AYO’s office.
