What to Expect

Admission Process

To complete the Admission step, you’ll move through the
following guided actions. Each one helps us get to know you
better and ensures we can support you effectively from day
one.

Step 1: Complete the Participant Application

Introduce yourself, share your goals, and tell us why you’re interested in the POD Program.

Step 2: Schedule Your Introductory Meeting

After submitting your application, you’ll receive a link  to book your Introductory Meeting with the AYO team.

Step 3: Complete Your Enrollment Package

Review and complete the enrollment forms included in this kit.

Step 4: Submit Required Documents

Please submit the following, as applicable: Government- or state-issued photo ID, Social Security card, , Work authorization card (if applicable) Most recent school transcript (if applicable).

Step 5: Complete a Drug Test

Complete a drug test at a clinic of your choice and email the results to our team once available.

The POD Program is designed to support individuals who would benefit most from access to career development, training, and mentorship.
To help ensure resources are directed where they’re most needed, applicants must live in a household with an annual income of $63,000 or less, based on a two-person household.

Income eligibility is not about judgment, it helps AyZar Outreach prioritize equity and ensure participants receive the level of support the program is built to provide.

The admissions process timeline can vary based on responsiveness and document completion, but it is designed to be clear, supportive, and guided.


Once admitted, participants move into Orientation and begin the POD Journey, which typically spans 3–9 months.
