Narges Rezai is a versatile and strategic leader with over two decades of experience in quality assurance, operational excellence, and engineering management across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as Head of Global Supplier Quality Management at Kite Pharma/Gilead Sciences, she leads global supplier qualification initiatives and oversees performance activities for cell therapy manufacturing sites. Her career spans impactful roles at Takeda and Abbott Laboratories, where she spearheaded transformational projects in business excellence, reliability engineering, and quality systems. Narges has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO, and international regulatory standards. She holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from California State University, and is certified as a Quality Auditor by the American Society for Quality. Her additional training in AI strategy from MIT and resilience from McKinsey reflects her commitment to innovation and adaptability in a rapidly evolving industry. Outside of work, Narges enjoys playing pickleball, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Amir Zarkesh is a visionary technologist and entrepreneur with a PhD in Theoretical Particle Physics and dual master’s in EE and Physics from UCLA. As CEO and Co-Founder of Polyup, he brings an inventive spirit to K-12 math education—leveraging AI and game-like learning to foster global problem-solving skills. His career spans co-founding and leading multiple high-tech ventures—including Transcendent Design, 3Plus1, and Bluechip Systems—as well as strategic advisory roles at AYZAR. Dr. Zarkesh’s work bridges research, startup ecosystems, and educational innovation, driven by a deep belief in technology’s power to inspire creative, equitable learning.

Dr. Landen Green is a compassionate and innovative board-certified family medicine physician who founded Caravel Health DPC in Redlands, California. Raised in North Carolina, his professional path shifted from athletic training to medical care, culminating in a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and family medicine residency. Since launching Caravel Health in 2022 with his wife, Dr. Salma Green, Dr. Green has championed a modern take on personal, relationship-driven primary care. His practice emphasizes evidence-based medicine, shared decision-making, holistic well-being, and affordability—delivering concierge-level service through a transparent monthly membership model. He also serves as one of fewer than 150 FAA-certified Aviation Medical Examiners in California, helping pilots maintain safety and compliance. Deeply committed to his patients and family, Dr. Green blends old-school values with cutting-edge care—and truly relishes helping people thrive.

He brings deep expertise in digital transformation and innovation, leveraging emerging technologies to reimagine business operations and drive sustainable competitive advantage. Currently, Michael serves as Executive Partner at Ethos Capital, a specialized investment firm focused on accelerating the growth and profitability of established companies in today’s rapidly evolving digital economy. Beyond his corporate achievements, Michael channels his experience toward philanthropic and community-focused initiatives, helping charitable organizations clarify their vision, design strategic roadmaps, and amplify their societal impact.
