How Partners Make A Path
There are multiple ways to get involved, depending on your capacity and goals.
Host an Internship
Provide hands-on experience by hosting a 3–6 month internship. Participants receive a monthly stipend sponsored by AyZar Outreach, allowing them to focus fully on learning and growth.
Mentor a Pathseeker
Serve as a guide in someone’s professional journey. Mentorship provides social capital, encouragement, and accountability, often the missing link for career advancement.
Lead a Workshop
Share your expertise by hosting a workshop in your professional field or on a topic you’re passionate about, supporting Path Seekers and community members alike.
Sponsor a Path Seeker
Support a participant at any level, from certification and AI literacy, to full career pathway sponsorship. In-kind contributions such as laptops, transportation, or supplies are also welcome.

Refer like-minded partners or Path Seekers and help expand access to opportunity across communities.

No. AyZar Outreach provides financial support allowances so participants can focus on training. Some partners choose to contribute or co-sponsor, but it is not required.
No. There is no required monetary fee to become a partner.
Yes. We partner with organizations of all sizes, from small businesses to large institutions, even individuals!
You can still partner through mentorship, workshops, referrals, sponsorship, or ecosystem support.
We maintain ongoing communication and use our matching process to make adjustments when needed.
