Tekira Simon is a Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CBSPD, 2023) and longtime Instructional Aide in early childhood education. After more than a decade supporting classrooms, she is now transitioning into sterile processing as the first step toward a career in the surgical field. Tekira plans to work overnight SPT shifts while continuing her studies to eventually become a Surgical Technologist. She brings strong skills in teamwork, reliability, and structured environments, and is eager for mentorship and hands-on healthcare experience to launch her new career.
