Vanessa Kreager is a Certified Sterile Processing Technician at UCI, where she has worked full-time since 2020. She has advanced through cross-training toward Tech 2 certification and is now pursuing her next career milestone: moving into the official Leader role in sterile processing. Vanessa completed her training through AyZar Outreach and Martinson College and has built a strong track record of reliability, teamwork, and commitment to patient safety. Her focus is on growing into a role where she can guide her peers, improve processes, and set a standard of excellence in sterile processing.
