EXECUTIVE BRIEFING: Strengthen Workforce Pathways for Emerging Talent
You are invited to a brief 30-minute Zoom conversation introducing AyZar Outreach and our Professional Opportunity Development (POD) model.
For those who may be new to our work, or who have encountered it in passing, this session will provide a clearer look at how AYO brings together employers, educators, and community partners to strengthen career pathways and develop future workforce pipelines.
We will walk through how the POD ecosystem prepares individuals for industry exposure and the different ways organizations are engaging with us through internships, mentorship, workshops, and other forms of collaboration.
Our goal is simple: to share the model, provide context, and explore where partnership can create both meaningful community impact and practical value for the organizations involved.
