Job Description

Work hands-on with AI-powered video production systems by running, evaluating, and improving agentic video production chains. Assess output quality using a professional production lens and identify areas for improvement such as lighting, pacing, composition, and consistency. Configure and enhance AI workflows using structured logic (Declarative Chain Language) to improve how AI agents generate video content at scale. Collaborate with engineering teams, document improvements, and contribute to the development of enterprise-level AI production systems.
